A variety of Catering Venues offer multiple options
for informal gatherings, private banquets, intimate lunches or festive events.
The Lullwater Ballroom provides the ideal venue for accommodating
banquets or receptions up to 600 guests in style, elegance and comfort.
Capacity for a sit down dinner is 400ppl and both banquets and receptions
have the option of overflowing into the Garden Overlook and Garden
Courtyard for additional seating and food stations.
The Garden Overlook with floor to ceiling glass overlooks
Hahn Woods. Wedding ceremonies, garden luncheons and receptions
have made their home in this spectacular space.
The Garden Courtyard is the perfect venue for ornate alfresco
receptions or casual Southern barbecues. Here a variety of colorful,
blooming annuals and acres of lush pristine forest become a memorable
backdrop for any event you have in mind.
The Silverbell Pavilion is in a setting all its own. Glass
walls and french doors, fireplace, a tranquil waterfall, and an outside patio with firepit
set in the forests of Hahn Woods create a memorable event for groups of
up to 350 people.
Central to our Conference Center is The Great Hearth Room.
The prominent feature of this room is an oversized wood-burning stacked stone fireplace inviting
you into the comfort of overstuffed chairs and leather sofas. An inviting terrace overlooks
the Garden Courtyard and Hahn Woods to create the perfect backdrop to your special event.
The Houston Mill House
Just across the bridge from the hotel is The Houston Mill House. This
elegant and spacious historic home is the perfect setting for weddings,
receptions, holiday parties and other celebrations up to 150 people.
