Testimonials from our Clients
We have described the Emory Experience. But don't take our word for
it. Read our Customer Testimonials We don't take your confidence for granted.
We're proud of it.
Every request we made, no matter how odd, was granted quickly and without question. Every hurdle we faced in keeping the Institute alive was easily overcome with your help. And every person who was part of this year’s Institute praised the members of your staff both in their comments to me and in their written evaluations.
You have assembled a remarkable team. I am so very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with you and all the terrific people at Emory.
- Jeannette D. Paschal, Venture Capital Institute
Emory has become a favorite location for our client's educational training meetings.
The collegiate feel along with the architectural design and the proximity to Atlanta
make it an ideal location. It’s the perfect home away from home with Southern
hospitality.
- Mara Hetzner, Morley Incentives
The Office of Executive Education at the Goizueta Business School has held twenty-three executive education programs at the Emory Conference Center Hotel in 2002.
Beyond location, there are a number of other reasons we enjoy the ECCH for our programs. Most important is the level of service we receive on behalf our guests from the staff. Service for us begins weeks before participants arrive. We work with the sales and conference planning staff on every detail of the program from the kind of chairs in meeting rooms, the level of lighting, to the dessert for special dinners. For me as a program manager, I may be juggling more than one program at a time, and when I am with my planner, I feel as if I am the only customer they have. The staff at the center work continuously to assure that every detail of the program goes off without a hitch. They bring me in as a member of their team to ensure flawless execution of programs.
But as every planner knows, there are always last minute changes and arrangements to be made for the customer. The Conference Center staff handles these daily changes with a real can-do attitude. All in all, having our Executive Education programs at the Emory Conference Center and Hotel make our lives just a little easier.
