ATLANTA – The Emory Conference Center Hotel (ECCH) announces the completion of its new addition. The new development was designed and built in anticipation of receiving certification for LEED-Silver (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Emory Conference Center Hotel topped out their new addition on Friday, September 12th with the traditional hoisting of the beam. Ceremonies included the donation of $10,000 on behalf of Emory University and Turner Construction.

Emory Conference Center Hotel continues its commitment to the environment and its "green" guests.  The property was recently recertified by Green Seal, converted to a new food waste elimination system, began recycling its waste cooking oil into fuel, and introduced single-stream recycling.
