Group Packages:

For meetings we offer the Complete Meeting Package (CMP). This is an all inclusive package that includes the guestroom, dinner on the night of arrival, breakfast, meeting space, lunch, continuous refreshment breaks 7am-5pm, standard audio visual equipment and all applicable service charges.

*The Complete Meeting Package (CMP) is available with your choice of guestroom location at the Emory Conference Center Hotel OR the Emory Inn. When guestrooms are at the Emory Inn, all functions and meals are still located at the Conference Center.

Guestroom Accommodations

Choose from mission style guestrooms at the Emory Conference Center Hotel or the Country French Décor of the Emory Inn.

Three Meals Daily

The Dining Room is as versatile as your meeting requires. Our buffet is always ready when you are with a variety of options to suit diverse tastes. View a sample day of our Conference Dining menus.

Continuous Refreshment Service

Convenient to each meeting room, our three refreshment break areas offer a bountiful selection of snacks, sodas and beverages beginning at 7am with Continental fare then refresh with afternoon treats ending at 5pm. Meeting Space

General session rooms vary from an amphitheater for 240 to a boardroom for 16. Surround yourself in a wooded setting unrivaled within the city.

Audio Visual

Our full service Audio Visual Department ensures your meeting is plugged in, fully connected and on time. Our audiovisual package includes the basics, but our staff can deliver any high-tech environment you require.

Conference Planning Managers

The backbone of our meeting service! Your dedicated Conference Planning Manager will manage all the details to ensure that your meeting is a success.

Service Charges

All package items include service charges, so don't worry about tipping the bellmen or wait staff. No surprise fees to add to your budget!

For those guests not requiring overnight accommodations, we offer a Day Guest Package of $95.00 per person per day. This package includes continuous refreshment breaks, meeting space, standard audio-visual package, conference dining lunch and all applicable service charges.
